After graduating from Monash University, I embarked on my accounting career working for a wool broking and exporting company before leaving for a more senior role at an investment bank. I qualified as a CPA followed by an MBA from The University of New England, both while juggling a fulltime job and motherhood. 15 years on, I decided to take the plunge to start my own business, at one time having owned a couple of successful childcare centres and a stint as a gym franchisee. With firsthand experience of the challenges that small business owners face, I hope to make a positive contribution when engaging with clients in my current role as part of the Accounting Advisors’ team. I am passionate about building strong professional relationships with our clients and delivering to them the best outcome through good communication and attention to detail.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, both within Australia and overseas, and can always be found online researching places to visit. Of late, I have also succumbed to the guilty pleasure of Netflix.
