Our services are delivered in accordance with standards set by the ATO, ASIC and the Tax Practitioners Board.
We will confirm the scope of our work in writing via engagement letter, email or online form. Any additional services not specified in the original scope may require a new agreement or quote.
To ensure smooth service delivery, you agree to:
Provide complete, accurate and timely information
Notify us of any significant changes such as business structure or income
Respond to document and information requests promptly
Meet deadlines and maintain open communication
Delays or incomplete information may affect the quality or timeliness of our work.
Fees will be communicated clearly before work begins. You agree to:
Pay invoices by the stated due date
Pay additional fees if the scope changes, urgent work is required or there are delays in providing information
Pay interest on overdue invoices at 2 percent per month if applicable
We may suspend services where payments remain outstanding for more than 30 days.
We keep all client information strictly confidential and will not share it with third parties unless required by law (e.g. under a notice from the ATO).

Our services rely on the information you provide. While we follow all professional standards, we are not liable for:
Errors resulting from incorrect or delayed information
Financial loss arising from failure to act on our advice
Indirect or consequential losses related to our services
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service.
You may cancel our services at any time in writing. If work has started, we will invoice you proportionally for work completed.
We may terminate the engagement if:
There is a breakdown in communication or trust
Terms are breached
Invoices remain unpaid despite follow-up
Our website may be used for personal or internal business purposes only. You agree not to:
Interfere with or access our systems without permission
Reproduce or distribute any site content without written approval

All tools, documents, templates and advice we create remain the intellectual property of Accounting Advisors. You may use them internally but not share, resell or publish them without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria and Western Australia. You agree that disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state corresponding to the office you engaged with.
If any part of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in effect.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in services, law or internal policy. The updated version will be available on our website and dated accordingly. You are encouraged to review it periodically.
